Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within the next 24 hours.

Return

Users who desire to request a refund can do it within 7 days of the purchase. After 7 days, Plagiarismchecker.co will not be responsible for any refund or dispute.

Complete Refund

Users who have not used their plan are provided with a complete refund.

Partial Refund

A partial refund will be provided to the users who have consumed a certain number of queries in accordance with the plan purchased and processing charges.

Refundable

The refund is only offered on the plans with auto-renewable plans.

Non-refundable

• 1. Plans without auto-renewals are not eligible for a refund.
• 2. Annual plans are totally non-refundable.
• 3. Add-ons are non-refundable.
• 4. After the free trial, if the subscription gets activated, it will be non-refundable.
• 5. No refunds are accepted for the plans purchased at discounted prices and special offers. Any requests regarding this shall not be entertained.

Refund for Plan

If you are not 100% satisfied with our plan, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for any dispute and refund even if the package is completely unused. Since our product is an intangible irrevocable good, it comes with a 7-day Money-Back Guarantee.

• · Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit/debit card.
• · After receiving the refund amount, you agree to stop using Plagiarismchecker.co.
• · Plagiarismchecker.co reserves the right to disable the account for the refunded plan.

Validity of Plans

Plan that you may purchase on Plagiarismchecker.co may be valid for 1 Month, 3 Months, or 6 Months. After the period is over, no remaining queries will be valid, and you will have to buy a new plan.

Cancellation of Plan

Customers who no longer wish to use our services can do so in one of the following ways:

1. The users can cancel their subscriptions from their profiles.
2. Contact us for cancellation, which will take around 2-3 days to process your request.
